Jillian is a founding partner at Keating Douglas, LLP, and practices primarily in Hamilton County and Marion County. She has been selected by her peers as a Super Lawyer Rising Star.
Jillian concentrates her practice in the areas of criminal defense and family law. Jillian's experience in criminal defense matters include, but are not limited to, defending OWI or DUI charges, drug possession and dealing, battery, minor consumption/illegal possession of alcohol, violations of probation and community corrections programs, expungements through Indiana's Second Chance Law, and helping to assist people across Indiana in obtaining driving privileges through the Specialized Driving Privilege Statutes.
In regards to her family law practice, Jillian has experience in many areas, including divorce, custody disputes, child support, paternity, and post-dissolution matters, including establishing post-secondary education orders or modification of child support.
Jillian is a skilled courtroom litigator and has even had the opportunity to argue before the Indiana Supreme Court. She has previously served as President of the Hamilton County Bar Association, and is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association and American Bar Association.
Jillian is a volunteer and advocate with the Hamilton County Guardian Ad Litem Program. The mission of the Hamilton County Guardian Ad Litem (GAL) Program is to advocate for the best interest of children involved in court proceedings. Courts are appointing GALs in a broad variety of cases including guardianship, paternity, divorce, CHINS and juvenile delinquency cases.
